“CPR training (even when somewhat familiar) can be intimidating due to the pressure of real life scenarios presented. Tammie did a great job teaching, training and correcting as we went through the processes. She encouraged and helped without making anyone feel inadequate. She discreetly had those who had made errors to correct their mistakes so as to feel more confident, not more stupid 🙃. Speaking for myself, I felt confident that I would be able to act with calmness and urgency in the event of an unforseen emergency with an adult or child choking, bleeding, or unconscious. Tammie is fun and kind. She was very efficient with the class time allotted... packed with necessary information. Great stuff!”
